Kip is a food and beverage executive with over 34 years of experience ranging from fine dining to catering, and everything in-between. Kip started his f&b career at the age of 14, and growing up in the business has garnered him a unique perspective. He has worked for many top industry companies such as Brinker, Dave & Busters, Disney, and Levy Restaurants. His passion and operational expertise is known throughout the industry. With numerous awards ranging from Guest Service to Best of Atlanta, Kip is always willing to go above and beyond for his guests.
Through all his connections, he has amassed a reputation of being a culinary wizard as well as a smart businessman. He has some of the best managers and staff working alongside of him as he builds his restaurant company, Indulge Hospitably.
Recently he achieved his lifelong dream of opening his first location, Dive Southern Coastal Kitchen, where the metro meets the mountains, in Canton, Georgia.
Kip is originally from Marietta, Georgia and is married to his high school sweetheart, Heather. They share 3 lovely children.
Kip and Heather, along with his sister Celeste, her husband Rob, and their 3 children, have singlehandedly built out, designed, and developed the interior of DIve together. Many family tributes to their parents can be seen throughout the craftmanship on the inside as well as the outside of Dive.
